For many of us, its easy to consider the game as an acquired: just take a joystick and play. Many beloved games can however be a struggle for those who are in one form or another. Whether its a problem of Platonism, clarity of sight, motor function or many other reasons, some players unfortunately lack the opportunity to experience these games. The Last of Us Part 2 went beyond its accessibility features, allowing all players to continue the poignant history of Ellie in the post-apocalypse. We set up a video to present some of these features, and its really inspiring to see the efforts they have made so that all players can enjoy it. Naughty Dog has established a new bar, we hope other developers will do their best to match or succeed. Discover the accessibility features of The Last of Us Part 2 below.

The Last of Us Part II - Accessibility Features Gameplay

Some included accessibility options are an enlarged HUD, changing the color and background, the enlargement and color of the subtitles, audio indices for goals, and much more. The Last of Us Part 2 takes place 5 years after the events of the first game and see Ellie get together with other survivors as they try to continue their lives in the post-apocalypse. In addition to humans infected with mushroom Codices who have created terrifying mutants, survivors must now fight against a mysterious worship. The game mixes crafts, stealth and aspects of survival and presents guard dogs as a new enemy — capable of following Ellie according to his perfume.

The Last of Us Part 2 should go out on June 19 and will be available exclusively on PlayStation 4. For more information, visit the official game website and do not forget to see our comprehensive video review — free spoiler of course.
