After victory over her, you will be asked to remove her lower jaw to return her to Gina as evidence of her defeat.
This will complete the mission, which means that you will need to leave this place and move on.

To defeat the 5-Torg in High on Life, you just need to interact with the 5-Torg by pressing the E button on your keyboard, causing a short conversation between it and Kenny.

If you attack a 5-Torg using Kenny or a knife, you will immediately see a health lane at the top of the screen.
